Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic Digital Transformation Lead to spearhead the modernization of our financial systems, operational workflows, and marketing strategies. Reporting to the COO, you will oversee the implementation of AI-driven tools (e.g., AppFolio Realm-X, Cube, Nominal) to automate financial reporting, create KPI dashboards, capture data across leasing, maintenance, and vendor workflows, and launch tokenized real estate offerings. You will drive scalability to service retail investors, optimize tenant data for marketing, and enhance our digital presence with AI-generated content and automated lead nurturing. This is a high-impact role to shape Delshah's future as a tech-forward firm.
Key Responsibilities
Financial Systems and FP&A
- Lead integration of AppFolio Plus with Realm-X, Cube, and Nominal to automate accounts payable/receivable, reconciliations, and financial reporting (balance sheets, income statements, cash flow).
- Develop KPI dashboards (e.g., NOI, occupancy, delinquency) using Cube's no-code platform with natural language forecasting.
- Ensure compliance for investor reporting under SEC Reg A+ guidelines.
Operational Workflow Automation
- Implement data capture for leasing (e.g., ad clicks at 30 Morningside), maintenance work orders, supply orders, fuel consumption, payroll, and contractor/legal fees.
- Deploy tools like LeadSimple, UpKeep, and Spendesk to track and analyze operational data; use AI for insights (e.g., bulk pricing negotiations with vendors).
Tokenization and Investor Management
- Oversee tokenization of commercial assets (e.g., 22 Chapel) using platforms like Lofty AI or Securitize, ensuring regulatory compliance.
- Build investor portals with real-time performance dashboards; automate KYC and investor onboarding.
AI-Driven Marketing and Lead Nurturing
- Manage AI tools (e.g., Jasper, Canva AI) to create educational content showcasing Delshah's expertise in distressed real estate.
- Automate email/text funnels via HubSpot/ActiveCampaign for tenant and investor leads; integrate Google Analytics/Facebook Pixels for ad click tracking.
- Develop tenant marketing strategies using compliant data (e.g., upsell services like insurance).
Project Management
- Coordinate a 12-18 month transformation plan, managing vendors, budgets (~$180k-$280k/year recurring, $60k-$100k setup), and cross-functional teams.
- Pilot solutions (e.g., Realm-X for one property); monitor KPIs like automation ROI (>50% labor reduction) and forecast accuracy (>95%).
- Train staff (10-20 users) on new tools; ensure seamless adoption.
Qualifications
Experience
- 5+ years in digital transformation, IT project management, or real estate operations, with 2+ years in real estate/finance tech.
- Proven track record implementing AI/automation tools (e.g., AppFolio, Yardi, Cube, HubSpot) in property management or finance.
- Experience with financial reporting, FP&A, or investor relations; familiarity with SEC Reg A+ or blockchain tokenization a plus.
Technical Skills

- Knowledge of AI tools for automation (e.g., OCR, NLP) and marketing (e.g., Jasper).
- Basic understanding of data privacy (GDPR/CCPA) and financial compliance (IRS/SEC).
Soft Skills
- Strong project management (PMP or Agile certification preferred); ability to manage budgets and vendor relationships.
- Excellent communication to align stakeholders (COO, finance, leasing teams).
- Analytical mindset to derive insights from data (e.g., vendor spend trends, ad performance).
