Job Title: Digital Transformation Engineer
Location: 100% On-Site – Fort Worth, TX
Type: Full time, Permanent position
About the Role
This is not a typical IT support job. We're looking for a Digital Transformation Engineer to lead the modernization of our internal technology landscape. You'll champion the adoption of Microsoft 365 and SaaS tools, drive automation, and integrate AI-powered solutions to transform how we collaborate and operate. This is a high-impact, hands-on role that blends technical execution with strategic influence, working directly with senior leadership to drive digital maturity across the business.
What You'll Do
- Lead end-to-end Microsoft 365 transformation initiatives—including Microsoft Defender, Intune, Power Platform, Entra ID, and Purview.
- Design and implement Data Loss Prevention (DLP) and governance frameworks to safeguard data.
- Deploy AI-enhanced tools like Microsoft Copilot and AI Builder to improve operational efficiency and security.
- Build custom automations and apps using Power Automate and Power Apps to eliminate manual workflows.
- Optimize collaboration across Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Exchange Online.
- Manage mobile device compliance and application policies through Intune.
- Partner with the Director of Business Applications and CDIO to align technical roadmaps with business strategy.
- Provide expert-level internal IT support, supplementing our managed IT provider when needed.
Must-Have Qualifications:
- 3–5 years of hands-on Microsoft 365 administration, including Entra ID, Defender, Intune, and Power Platform.
- Proven experience rolling out Microsoft security and compliance solutions.
- Working knowledge of Purview, sensitivity labels, and data retention policies.
- Demonstrated success building process automations with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate).
- Solid grasp of identity management concepts—Conditional Access, MFA, and access policies.
- Ability to operate at both technical and strategic levels, engaging with executives and end-users alike.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with AI workplace tools (e.g., Microsoft Copilot, AI Builder).
- Background working alongside managed IT service providers.
- Knowledge of SaaS integration, governance, and cloud security best practices.
- Strong communication skills and attention to documentation.
- A proactive, problem-solving mindset with a passion for digital transformation.
Why You'll Love This Role
- Direct access to executive decision-makers—your work will be seen and felt company-wide.
- Drive meaningful change by modernizing processes and building a more secure, automated, AI-powered workplace.
- Be part of a company that invests in technology for growth—not just maintenance.
- Competitive pay, on-site collaboration, and opportunities for performance-based rewards.
