I am partnering with a top-tier Am Law 200 firm to find a highly skilled and innovative Digital & Technology Transactions Associate to join their nationally recognized team.

This is a unique opportunity for an attorney with at least 3 years of experience to join a fast-paced, business-forward group that advises high-profile clients in the technology, entertainment, consumer electronics, and digital health sectors.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with a range of technology transactions, including:

• Drafting and negotiating agreements for software development, SaaS, technology licensing, and systems implementation.
• Advising on matters related to content management, ad tech, FinTech, and digital media.
• Supporting digital platform transactions, e-commerce, and monetization strategies.
• Protecting intellectual property through licensing, distribution, and development agreements.

This role offers significant client interaction and close collaboration with the firm's M&A and venture capital practices. We are seeking a candidate with a strong academic background, excellent communication skills, and a proactive, client-facing approach. Admission to the New York Bar is a key requirement.
