What You'll Do

  • Create the future of digital supply chain through innovative thought leadership, strategy development, and solutions.
  • Develop and deliver programs and related projects for supply chain organizations across industry sectors maturing in their digital competencies.
  • Support, guide, and manage initiatives related to digital supply chain capabilities and related process designs.
  • Partner with clients to innovate and transform their current business models and customer experiences using advanced analytics and emerging technologies.
  • Use interviews, workshops, and data insights to diagnose and solve real problems impacting operating margin and deliver business value quickly.
  • Execute across disciplines — analytics, technology, process, and operating model design — to create holistic solutions.
  • Work independently, as a team member, or as a mentor to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Build client knowledge, credibility, and long-term trusting relationships at all levels.
  • Collaborate with practice leadership to drive sales opportunities and practice development initiatives.
  • Provide guidance on best practices and emerging trends in digital supply chain management.
  • Regional travel expectations.
  • What You'll Bring

  • 5+ years of experience in Supply Chain Analytics, Sourcing & Procurement, Supply Chain Planning, Logistics & Fulfillment, or Manufacturing.
  • BA/BS degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Computer Science, or Data Science.
  • Experience with digital supply chain capabilities such as Control Tower, Digital Twin, Performance Management, and Cost to Serve.
  • Knowledge of digital technologies like AI, machine learning, IoT, blockchain, and cloud computing.
  • Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Entrepreneurial energy, creativity, empathy, and leadership.
  • Proficiency with MS PowerPoint and Excel; Tableau (or similar BI tools), SQL, Python, or R are a plus.
  • Experience with supply chain systems (TMS, WMS, OMS, ERP), agile development, and change management are advantageous.
  • Ability to communicate complex ideas clearly to senior executives.
  • Ability to travel depending on preference, client needs, and safety considerations.

    Compensation And Benefits

    We invest in benefits that support work and life, including time off, paid holidays, parental leave, 401(k) with match, subsidized health, dental, & vision coverage, adoption and fertility assistance, disability coverage, and well-being reimbursements. The base salary range for this role is $110,000 to $203,000, with potential for bonuses. Actual compensation depends on skills, experience, and location.
