Our client, a leading financial institution, is seeking a Digital Risk and Controls Advisor to join their team. As a Digital Risk and Controls Advisor, you will be part of the risk management department supporting various business units. The ideal candidate will have strong project management skills, the ability to collaborate effectively, and a proven track record of influencing change, which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: Digital Risk and Controls Advisor Location: Charlotte, NC Pay Range: $65-70/hr What's the Job? Lead the implementation and execution of risk programs and policies in coordination with risk management organizations. Conduct business unit level risk assessments, identifying and reporting top risks and emerging risks. Develop first line of defense procedures that align with risk program and policy requirements. Provide ongoing risk guidance and education to business unit partners to ensure compliance with risk management expectations. Engage in regulatory inquiries and audits, preparing materials and assessing findings for senior management updates. What's Needed? Bachelor's degree with 10 or more years of operational and enterprise risk management experience. Experience managing enterprise and operational risk programs in a large financial institution. Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects. Proficiency in collaborating across business units and resolving complex issues.
