The Architecture Compute, and Engineering organization offers a transformative platform ecosystem that supports innovation and growth through the Consumer Connected Cloud mission, aiming to deliver a seamless user experience.

As a Digital Product Manager in the ACE organization, you will define, deliver, and manage the lifecycle of digital products to meet customer needs and align with strategic goals. This role combines strategic thinking, technical understanding, and business acumen.

Key Responsibilities (All Levels)

  • Develop and communicate product strategy and vision.
  • Conduct market and user research to identify trends and needs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and launch products.
  • Create and maintain a product roadmap aligned with business goals.
  • Write, groom, and prioritize user stories; manage the backlog.
  • Monitor product performance using analytics and make data-driven decisions.
  • Communicate progress to stakeholders and partners.
  • Manage budgets and resources effectively.
  • Gather and analyze customer feedback for continuous improvement.

Qualifications (All Levels)

  • 4-year bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies and product management tools.
  • Understanding of development processes, UX/UI design, and digital marketing.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and interpretation.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proven leadership and cross-functional team management.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and creativity.
  • Preferred: experience in networking, identity management, infrastructure as code, automation, data analytics, or cloud solutions.

Additional Responsibilities & Qualifications

Senior Consultant II: Operates with minimal guidance, influences product direction, 3+ years of experience.

Lead: Drives strategy independently, demonstrates advanced skills, 5+ years of experience.

Expert: Leads complex products, influences organization-wide, 7+ years of experience, mentors peers.

Skills: Agile, Data Analysis, Cloud Solutions, UX, Infrastructure as Code, Networking, Problem Solving, Product Management, Systems Thinking.

Compensation: $104,000 - $187,625 annually, based on experience.
