The Architecture Compute and Engineering organization provides a transformative platform ecosystem with capabilities that empower end users and digital product teams to innovate seamlessly and drive growth for Allstate through the Consumer Connected Cloud mission. As a Digital Product Manager in the ACE organization, you will define, deliver, and manage the lifecycle of one or more products, ensuring they meet customer needs and align with strategic goals. This role requires strategic thinking, technical understanding, and business acumen.

Key Responsibilities (All Levels)

• Develop and communicate product strategy and vision.
• Conduct market and user research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and launch digital products.
• Create and maintain a product roadmap aligned with business goals and customer needs.
• Write and groom stories, prioritize, and manage the backlog with the Digital Product team.
• Monitor product performance using analytics tools and make data-driven decisions.
• Communicate product progress and updates to stakeholders and partners.
• Manage product budgets and resources efficiently.
• Gather and analyze customer feedback for continuous improvement.

Qualifications (All Levels)

• 4-year bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience; degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or related field is a plus.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and product management tools.
• Understanding of development processes, human-centered design, UX/UI, and digital marketing.
• Proficiency in data analysis and interpretation.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven leadership in cross-functional teams.
• Strong problem-solving skills and creativity.
• Experience in networking, identity management, infrastructure as code, automation, data analytics, or cloud solutions preferred.
• Experience in End User, Network, Compute, or Platform as a Service is preferred.

Additional Responsibilities & Qualifications

Senior Consultant II: Operates as a product manager with minimal guidance; conducts product ceremonies; influences product direction, backlog, and roadmap; 3+ years of product management experience.

Lead: Independently drives product strategy and roadmap; demonstrates advanced product management skills; influences peers; 5+ years of experience.

Expert: Leads complex products; influences organization-wide; optimizes product ceremonies; mentors peers; 7+ years of experience.

Compensation: $104,000 - $187,625 annually, based on experience and qualifications.
