RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead product discovery and requirements gathering to assess business value, ensuring features are well-defined and delivered accurately and on time for successful go-to-market execution
- Develop and maintain a product roadmap for digital initiatives across platforms
- Translate business and user needs into detailed product requirements and technical specifications.
- Partner with engineering to prioritize features, resolve technical challenges, and ensure on-time delivery
- Collaborate with UX/UI teams and 3rd party vendors to ensure an intuitive and user-friendly product design

REQUIRED SKILLS:
- 4–8 years of experience in digital product management or product strategy
- Experience working for a Marketing, Media, or Publishing agency/industry
- Proven track record of developing and launching successful digital products or platforms
- Proven experience in product discovery, requirements gathering, and value assessment
- Ability to define and drive product strategy aligned with business objectives
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize initiatives by evaluating customer value, business impact, and technical feasibility.
- Skilled in facilitating grooming sessions with cross-functional teams to clarify requirements, refine features, and maintain alignment with product goals
- Proven track record of managing stakeholder expectations and driving effective collaboration across product, engineering, marketing, and design teams
- Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Powerpoint
- Bachelor's Degree
