Job OverviewGENERAL SUMMARY:Under the direction of the EVP Innovation, the Digital Product Excellence Principal manages and optimizes the digital product portfolio, driving product excellence, strategy, and execution across multiple teams. Acts as a player-coach to scale digital product capabilities and ensure alignment with business objectives.Principal Duties And ResponsibilitiesOwns and manages the product portfolio, ensuring alignment with business priorities and customer needs. Develops and implements product strategy, defining the north-star vision for multiple product teams. Leads product selection and validation for the Digital Hub, ensuring investment in high-impact opportunities. Coaches and mentors Product Managers, driving best practices in execution, prioritization, and product discovery. Partners with leadership to secure funding and stakeholder buy-in for new initiatives. Establishes and refines digital product methodologies, including Agile, lean MVP validation, and experimentation. Builds and scales cross-functional collaboration between squads, engineering, design, and business teams. Defines and maintains product excellence standards, ensuring high-quality delivery across all phases of the product lifecycle. Acts as a thought leader, fostering a culture of continuous learning. Oversees and optimizes team operations, governance, and resource allocation for efficiency and scalability. Performs other related duties as assigned.Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in data science, computer science, engineering or a related field.
• Eight (8) plus years of experience in scaling product teams and managing digital portfolios at an enterprise level.

Required Knowledge, Skills And Abilities

• Knowledge of digital product lifecycle management.
• Knowledge of market trends, customer insights, and competitive landscape analysis.
• Skill in Agile, Lean, and experimentation-driven methodologies.
• Ability to make and recommend data-driven decisions and experimentation.
• Ability to craft product vision and roadmap planning; managing portfolios across multiple products.
• Ability to identify and work with stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
• Ability to demonstrate an understanding of modern technology stacks (e.g., cloud, APIs, microservices).
• Ability to coach and mentor product teams; influence and negotiate with stakeholders.
• Ability to utilize leadership to drive digital transformation.
• Ability to story tell and communicate with executives.
• Ability to lead conflict resolution and change management.
• Ability to design business models & value proposition alignments.
• Ability to set KPIs and product success measurements.

Special Requirements

• Must obtain a Security Identification Display Area (SIDA) Airport Identification/Access Badge (badge) in accordance with Department of Homeland Security Transportation Security Administration (TSA) requirements in Chapter 49 of the Code of Federal Regulations Part 1500 et al., and DFW Airport's Airport Security Program within thirty (30) days from date of employment and maintain qualification for a SIDA badge upon each badge renewal.
