Job DetailsJob Location APCH Main Building - Los Angeles, CA Position Type Internship Salary Range $17.87 - $17.87 Hourly Job Category Education DescriptionA PLACE CALLED HOME (APCH) JOB DESCRIPTION Position Title:Digital Media Program Intern Department: Digital Media FLSA Status: Temporary (400 hours) Length of Assignment: June 2025 - September 2025 Summary As Digital Media Program Intern at A Place Called Home you will be primarily responsible for supporting in the planning ofA Place Called Home's MOONDANCE FILM FESTIVAL, held September 2025. This is a great opportunity for an entrepreneurial individual to build skills and experience around event planning and management, content editing, community engagement, and more, all while serving the South Central Los Angeles community. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assist in planning for Moondance Film Festival
• Assist with anyadministrative duties involved with Moondance Film Festival
• Assist with editing youth oriented and focused content
• Create promotional materials and content for Moondance Film Festival
• Work with the Digital Media team to enforce center rules and policies
• Support other Digital Media team members in carrying out department administrative tasks
• Excellent Written and Oral Communication Skills
• Perform other tasks as assigned

Education/Training/Experience

• High School Graduate or Equivalent
• Currently enrolled in college and have completed 1 semester or the equivalent by June 2025

Physical and Mental Demands

• Able to work in a dynamic and high noise level environment typical of a youth center
• Walking, standing required on daily basis
• Sitting and use of hands/vision for computer work for extended periods of time
• Lift up to 25 pounds occasionally
