Job Overview: Manage the planning and execution of supplier marketing and advertising strategies including digital, social, and print media campaigns in support of e-commerce operations. Job Responsibilities and Accountabilities: • Works closely with Sales & Service, Professional Services and Ad Group Manager in the preparation and presentation of digital marketing program proposals. • Manages relationship with external solution providers on the creation and servicing of B2C programs. • Assists and directs the creation of content in support social media programs calendars, website topics, email newsletters, sales collateral, etc. • Support Digital Shopper Marketing Manager to execute all supplier digital marketing campaigns • Work with supplier partners to develop and execute digital brand marketing campaigns, promotions, contests and sweepstakes along with creative development. • Create and present briefs outlining campaign details to share with the creative team and project manager • Uses experience of the retail process and procedures to aid in bridging the gap between digital marketing, traditional marketing and in-store execution. • Gain strong understanding of assigned accounts, their consumer segment and competitive environment. Develop and implement plans based on retailer needs. • Conduct presentations on consumer marketing and advertising strategies/programs and related subjects to appropriate audiences. • Ensures all marketing elements maintain consistency with the overall brand image • Performs all duties and responsibilities in a legal and ethical manner and in accordance with Company policies and procedures. • Performs other job duties as required Job Requirements: Education/Certifications: • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, English, journalism or related field or equivalent experience. Experience: • 2+ years retail marketing/advertising experience (preferably grocery) including multi media campaigns. Other Skills/Abilities: • Comprehensive understanding of digital marketing, e-commerce, and social media as it relates to promoting retail stores. • Possess basic knowledge of the printing business to include layout, balance, design, copy-writing, printing processes,and print distribution. • Strong knowledge of advertising and sales promotion, and demonstrated ability to successfully utilize skills. • Strong balance between strategic and tactical skills. • Ability to work independently, prioritize workload, and meet deadlines while working under pressure. • History of applying effective problem-solving skills. • Proven strong leadership, human relations, and interpersonal skills are essential • Proven professional, effective verbal and written communication skills. • Experienced in efficient use of a PC and Microsoft Office Products. • Good judgment is required for this position as there may be times when direct supervision may not be immediately available. PHYSICAL ENVIRONMENT/DEMANDS: • Most work is performed in a temperature-controlled office environment • Incumbent may sit for long periods of time at desk or computer terminal • While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; and talk or hear. • Stooping, bending, twisting and reaching may be required in completion of job duties
