Flex. Staff is hiring a Digital Marketing Specialist for one of our clients. This is a fully remote position Monday-Friday 8:30 am-5:00 pm Pay Rate: $25/hour This position is responsible to create and design digital marketing campaigns and direct marketing programs in order to identify new growth opportunities within the marketplace. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Create and implement digital marketing campaigns, using analytics and metrics to improve search results, conversions and leads Update and maintain social media pages and website, interacting with various departments Develop and execute email marketing activities and marketing automation programs in Marketo; partner with Product Merchandise, Sales, and other internal stakeholders to leverage email marketing strategy to support business needs. Continue to evolve the customer journey through content optimization, A/ B testing and other multivariant testing.
