Your Responsibilities:

• Lead day-to-day management of our website and digital banking app, ensuring functionality, accuracy, and a flawless user experience
• Identify and remove friction points, championing continuous improvements that streamline navigation, transactions, and digital engagement
• Execute strategic digital campaigns-including email marketing, onboarding journeys, and digital ads-leveraging automation and personalization to drive results
• Analyze site and app performance using tools like Google Analytics and heatmaps to uncover trends, identify pain points, and guide optimization
• Support SEO/SEM strategies, improving discoverability and driving relevant traffic
• Collaborate across departments and with external partners to launch new features, resolve technical issues, and ensure platform integrity and innovation
• Stay on the leading edge of digital trends, technologies, and consumer behaviors to keep our platforms ahead of the curve
• Ensure brand consistency and regulatory compliance across all digital touchpoints
• Report on key performance indicators with insights that inform future strategies and decision-making

What You Bring to the Team:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Computer Science, or a related field
• 4+ years of experience in digital marketing or website/digital platform management
• Proficiency in Google Analytics, SEO best practices, and website content management
• Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and deadlines
