As a Digital Lifecycle Senior Specialist, the focus will be on driving North America's transformation of systems and processes on the Digital Lifecycle Management team with the goal of advancing capabilities and total system process efficiency. The end goal of which is to achieve a highly connected and operationally intelligent supply chain that can deliver ongoing value to Kimberly Clark.

Reporting to the Digital Lifecycle Sr. Manager-SKU/RM, the Digital Lifecycle Senior Specialist will provide a high level of technical, functional and process expertise for the team's core systems and day to day business processes. The incumbent will support the strategic vision of the broader organization by working on system enhancements, end-to-end business process optimization and developing digital capability both within the Digital Lifecycle Team and across all the North America Business Units. A high degree of business acumen will be required in building relationship and executing these changes across the team and impact business groups upstream and downstream of the Digital Lifecycle processes. Key stakeholders include, but are not limited to: Marketing, Packaging, Quality, R&E, Planning, Product Safety, Senior Leadership, DTS, NA Manufacturing sites, and other system/process owners within the Supply Chain Digital Transformation space.

In this role, you will:

  • Serve as a lead contact, SME, and process owner for processes in SAP PLM, SAP ERP, and associated systems including: E2E Workflow, Database Structure & Changes, Specification, Recipe/BOM Content, Material Master Data, Obsolescence, Process health monitoring.
  • Provide mentorship and technical/process support to the team for the scoping and execution of improved system/process capabilities and ways of working to better deliver business needs and project deliverables.
  • Work across Business Units and systems within the assigned spaces to maximize organizational efficiency and remove barriers in order to create better flow and efficiency.
  • Work as the point of contact to enable flow to work on critical business initiatives within the DLM process.
  • Collaborate with peer Digital Lifecycle leads and central team to drive best practices around reporting, metrics, task automation, continuous improvement, development of new tools, solutions and growing the digital capability/upskilling of the team.
  • Compile and analyze end to end process data to make tactical recommendations to business managers to foster improved user adoption/capability and measure/achieve target metrics for accuracy, touch reduction, speed to market, and value acceleration within the digital lifecycle space.
  • Serve as the SKU team lead for Training, Communication, Database Architecture, Testing & Enhancements.
  • Define clear business requirements for DTS solutions; coordinate user acceptance testing, lead complex changes, and develop relevant technical training material.

To succeed in this role, you will need the following qualifications:

  • Minimum of bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, business/related field or equivalent business experience
  • 3+ years of Supply Chain, R&D, or Quality experience.
  • Experience with Digital systems (i.e. SAP, PLM, Excel, SQL, Plant Applications, PowerBI, etc.)
  • Strong manufacturing and/or supply chain business process knowledge and business acumen
  • Exceptional ability to extract, distill, communicate, and teach complex business processes and requirements to all levels of the organization
  • Strong interpersonal and communications skills to motivate, coach, lead, and influence a diverse group of team members

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Ability to apply LEAN principles to business situations.
  • Experience building and maintaining business systems and processes.
  • Experience working with DTS systems
  • Proficient in data access tools and PC based applications (Windows, Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
  • Direct Manufacturing, R&D, Packaging or Planning experience.
  • Advanced analytical skills
  • Manage priorities rendering judgments and make timely decisions in alignment with business objectives, strategies, and tactics in varying environments with different tasks, responsibilities, and people across all business units.

Salary Range: 85,540 – 105,620 USD. At Kimberly-Clark, pay is just one aspect of our total rewards package, which also includes a variety of benefits and opportunities to achieve, thrive and grow. Along with base pay, this position offers eligibility for a target bonus and a comprehensive benefits suite, including our 401(k) and Profit Sharing plan. The anticipated base pay range for this role is provided above for a fully qualified hire. Actual pay will depend on several factors, such as location, role, skills, performance, and experience. Please note that the stated pay range applies to US locations only.
