Summary:

The first priority is to develop our brand, including business cards, brochures, flyers, signage, tablet/monitor presentations, and promotional items. The next step is to develop our product, which involves incorporating about 30 existing brands (beta customers and others) into our presentation. After this initial phase, a significant part of your role will involve delivering customer orders, designing new brands, and collaborating on operations and strategy.

Must Have:

• Intermediate or expert level graphic design experience using various media.
• Extensive experience, expert-level skill, or significant potential in creating marketing communications from scratch (logos, websites, flyers, presentations, promotional items, signage, videos, etc.).

Nice to Have:

• Deep obsession with customer experience, with a high level of accountability, responsibility, and social intelligence.
• Experience in commercial, corporate, and freelance marketing.
• Leadership experience or experience as a Creative Director.
• Skills, experience, and aptitude with hardware, tools, or basic carpentry.
• Experience designing, implementing, and managing marketing campaigns.
• Hands-on digital/social media marketing experience, including platforms like LinkedIn, YouTube, Facebook Marketplace, Pinterest, Eventbrite.
• Adwords/SEO experience and certifications.
• Video production skills, including lighting, sound, camera operation, and editing.
• Advanced knowledge of printing, signage, promotional/physical marketing items, and familiarity with local, regional, and web-based printing marketplaces.
• Experience designing and managing technical and analytical marketing environments.
• Experience with metrics tracking tools, building dashboards, SQL/ETL, and scripting.
