Digital Coordinator - INSTANT IMPACT : Job Details

Our client is seeking a Digital Coordinator to support the growth of their website traffic, YouTube channel, email database, and social media presence—primarily on LinkedIn and Instagram, with the potential to expand to other platforms.

This role is ideal for a creative, detail-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment, keeps up with social media trends, and enjoys all aspects of digital marketing and content creation.

Key Responsibilities

• Social Media Management: Assist with copywriting for weekly content calendars, schedule posts, engage in daily social listening, and comment on relevant industry and thought leader posts. Monitor and report on key metrics.
• Email Marketing Support: Help manage and distribute email communications including webinar/event blasts, monthly newsletters, and weekly “Ad of the Week” emails.
• Content Management: Update website content such as blogs, case studies, media mentions, and new research. Maintain and add videos to the YouTube channel, including weekly features and high-profile campaigns like Super Bowl ads.
• Analytics: Track and analyze performance data across social, email, and website channels to identify insights and optimize engagement.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of digital marketing experience in an ad agency, ideally using platforms like HubSpot, WordPress, LinkedIn, Instagram, Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Salesforce, or Mailchimp.
• Must be based in the Chicago metro area.
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or a related field—or equivalent experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a passion for social media copywriting.
• Excellent organization and time management skills; capable of juggling multiple projects and deadlines.
• A creative mindset with an eagerness to stay on top of trends.
• Analytical thinker with the ability to draw insights from data to inform strategies.
