SUMMARY
The Digital Content Manager will be responsible for planning, implementing, and managing best-in-class content for a range of users.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
Manage the website content strategy to provide a best-in-class experience for visitors.Drive content projects through their entire lifecycle, from planning to post-launch measurement.Develop and execute strategies to improve content quality, maintainability, and usability.Manage projects across cross-functional teams, including internal and external designers, copywriters, and strategists, to produce superior solutions that meet or exceed stakeholder requirements.Build and leverage strong relationships with multiple stakeholders to deliver complex projects.Continuously interpret metrics to assess content and improve customer experience.Facilitate and participate in reviews of visual design, UX, and development deliverables.Drive SEO strategy and ensure content projects adhere to SEO best practices.Deliver on a variety of assignments under tight deadlines.Adhere to high standards of quality, organization, and work commitment.REQUIRED EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:
MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS
- A Bachelor's degree in Business, Design, Communications, or related field.
- 3+ years of related experience.
PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS:
- Digital Marketing Experience.
- Experience with customer segmentation or consumer journeys.
- Experience with Google Analytics.
- Experience with Microsoft Excel.
