Digital Content & Design Coordinator - JCC Association : Job Details

Principal Responsibilities: JCC Rockland is a vibrant, inclusive community hub, and we're looking for a Digital Content & Design Coordinator who's passionate about engaging audiences through content, creativity, and strategy. This full-time, on-site role plays a key part in shaping our voice across platforms--leading both paid and organic social media efforts while supporting visual design and overall marketing initiatives. Responsibilities

• Lead content strategy, creation, and scheduling for all social platforms (Facebook, Instagram, etc.), including both paid and organic.
• Design engaging digital and print marketing materials (flyers, brochures, web graphics, social posts).
• Develop and execute multi-channel campaigns to boost engagement and program participation.
• Monitor performance analytics and refine strategies based on KPIs.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align messaging and maintain brand consistency.
• Capture and edit photo and video content at events for promotional use.
• Support marketing efforts for a variety of programs, sometimes attending evening or weekend events.
• Stay up to date with social trends, tools, and technologies to keep our presence fresh and effective.

Minimum Qualifications: Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 3-5 years of experience in marketing and social media.
• Proficient in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator).
• Strong experience managing both paid and organic social media campaigns.
• Skilled in content creation, photography, and basic video editing.
• Familiarity with SEO, email marketing, and analytics tools.
• Excellent project management and communication skills.
• Comfortable working onsite and attending events as needed.
• Valid driver's license required.
