On behalf of our sister company, Notions Marketing is seeking an experienced Digital Content Coordinator to manage and optimize product listings across multiple e-commerce platforms and digital catalogs.

In this hybrid role, youll focus on building a competitive online catalog through accurate listings, strong SEO, strategic ad campaigns, and top-quality content. Your mission will be to ensure every product listing is accurate, compelling, and optimizeddriving sales, enhancing customer experience, and setting us apart from the competition.

The biggest challenge youll tackle? Building a best-in-class online catalog in a competitive marketplace. Attention to listings, SEO, ad campaigns, content quality, and data accuracy will be key to overcoming this challenge and winning in the digital space.

• Upload, update, and maintain product information descriptions, images, prices, and attributes across online platforms or branded DTC sites.
• Ensure accuracy, consistency, and SEO-friendly content.
• Collaborate with marketing, merchandising, and creative teams.
• Monitor performance and recommend improvements.
• Troubleshoot product-related issues and identify opportunities to increase digital penetration.

• Associates/Bachelors degree in marketing, business, information systems, or related experience.
• 2+ years experience with e-commerce platforms, content management systems, or digital merchandising.
• Experience managing product content for online marketplaces like Amazon, Walmart, Target Plus, or eBay.
