Digital Consulting Director – Process Industry

The Director of Digital Consulting for Process Industry (O&GC, CPG, Pharma) will be a key leader, responsible for driving the growth of LTTS' technology business within process industry. This role involves strategic consulting, business development, and delivery of digital solutions across the segments. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of process industry, a strong background in digital technologies, and a proven ability to lead and grow a consulting business.

• Strategic Consulting: Provide strategic direction and consulting expertise to customers in their digital transformation journey, helping them to leverage technologies like AI, IoT, and cloud to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve safety.
• Business Development: Drive business development activities to expand LTTS's client base and revenue. Develop and implement sales strategies, build strong client relationships, and participate in proposal development.
• Solution Development: Collaborate with LTTS's engineering and technology teams to develop innovative and tailored digital solutions across areas such as:
• Data and AI: Implementing AI/ML solutions for predictive maintenance, asset optimization, and operational analytics.
• Industrial Automation: Designing and deploying automation solutions to improve production efficiency and safety.
• Digital Engineering for Operations: Developing digital twins, digital platforms, and other solutions to improve operational efficiency and reliability.
• Client Relationship Management: Manage key client relationships, ensuring client satisfaction and identifying opportunities for growth and expansion of services.
• Thought Leadership: Represent LTTS as a thought leader in digital transformation space, participating in industry events and publishing relevant content.
• Team Leadership: Build and lead a high-performing consulting team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

• Industry Knowledge: 15+ years of experience in process industry, with deep knowledge of operations.
• Digital Technologies: Strong understanding of digital technologies relevant to process industry, including AI/ML, IoT, cloud computing, data analytics, and digital twins.
• Consulting Experience: Proven track record in management consulting, technology consulting, or equivalent roles.
• Business Development: Demonstrated ability to drive business development, build client relationships, and grow revenue in the consulting space.
• Leadership: Strong leadership skills, with the ability to build, motivate, and mentor a high-performing team.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Education: Bachelor\'s degree in engineering, computer science, or a related field; MBA or other advanced degree preferred.
