Job Description :

The Digital Product Manager will lead and manage initiatives within our Digital Banking team to drive innovation, customer engagement and revenue growth. This role will execute the vision, development and optimization of digital products across sales, marketing and customer-facing channels. The ideal candidate will collaborate cross-functionally with technology, marketing, data, sales and external partners to deliver seamless, high impact digital experiences. This is a highly visible role requiring clear and effective communication and hands-on execution.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

Area #1 Product & Lifecycle Management (50%)

  • Own the end-to-end product lifecycle – roadmap to launch to iteration.
  • Lead the delivery and enhancement of digital sales and marketing campaigns through owned and paid digital channels (e.g. mobile apps, websites, email, social, paid media).
  • Partner with analytics and marketing teams to track campaign performance and user engagement metrics, generating insights to inform product decisions.
  • Drive the roadmap and backlog for engagement-focused digital features (e.g. onboarding flows, nudges, content personalization, loyalty modules).
  • Facilitate user testing and feedback loops to validate product assumptions and refine experiences.
  • Work with technology teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of digital features.

Area #2 Data-Driven Innovation & Experience Development (50%)

  • Translating customer data and research into actionable product ideas that drive usage and revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with data intelligence and analytics to apply predictive models and experimentation to inform product decisions.
  • Experience with marketing automation platforms, customer engagement tools and digital banking platforms (e.g. Microsoft Dynamics, Salesforce, Fiserv). Exposure to data, cloud warehouses (e.g. Snowflake) and AI tools.
  • Champion UX/UI excellence by applying design thinking methodologies and customer journey mapping to deliver intuitive and impactful digital interactions.
  • Prepare and present updates, roadmaps and product performance reports to stakeholders and leadership.

OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Successfully complete all mandatory training on related Bank and BSA compliance as well as other laws and regulations as assigned in a timely manner.
  • Perform all assigned duties under Bank's compliance programs and related laws & regulations.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Education, Experience and Skills Required:

  • Bachelor's degree with 2-5 years of experience in product management, digital marketing, analytics, or a related field.
  • Familiarity with digital banking products or platforms is a strong advantage.
  • Working knowledge of data analysis tools, data engineering and AI (e.g., Excel, SQL, Google Analytics).
  • Comfortable interpreting customer data and behavior to make recommendations.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills; experience working in cross-functional teams.
  • Self-starter mindset with a passion for digital innovation and continuous improvement.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

  • Minimum mobility to work in an office setting; sit for prolonged period of times; operate office equipment including use of a computer keyboard; and reach with hands and arms. Employees are occasionally required to walk and stand and lift and move records and documents weighing 30 pounds or less.

COMMUNICATION DEMANDS:

  • Attention to detail, strong organizational, communication, interpersonal, self-motivated, and analytical skills, ability to interact with all levels of management and staff.

WORK ENVIRONMENT:

  • Standard office environment. Noise level in work environment is usually average. Hear in the normal audio range with or without correction. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision and the ability to adjust focus.

Compensation

The base pay range for this position is USD $80,000.00/Yr. - USD $105,000.00/Yr plus full benefits. Exact offer will be determined based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and location.
