Job Description :

Our client, a leading airline with headquarters in Chicago, is seeking a Digital Asset Manager to support its advertising, social media, and creative services teams. This long-term contract position plays a key role in organizing, maintaining, and optimizing access to the company's growing library of creative assets.

Role Overview:

The Digital Asset Manager will audit and restructure existing creative assets, ensure efficient access across teams, and collaborate closely with the internal Digital Asset Management team to standardize and scale asset workflows. This role requires a systems thinker with strong organizational skills and a deep understanding of metadata, file management, and digital workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Audit and organize photo, video, and production-related assets stored across SharePoint and Dropbox
  • Recommend and implement a scalable organization system based on best practices
  • Upload and tag relevant assets within the digital library
  • Serve as the main point of contact for asset intake from external partners and agencies
  • Respond to internal requests and ensure teams can easily locate and use existing assets
  • Train internal stakeholders on new systems and protocols as needed

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience leading and implementing digital asset management strategies
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Working knowledge of metadata structures, taxonomy, and digital asset workflows
  • Familiarity with image and video file formats and related storage needs
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and platforms like Dropbox or similar
  • Experience with DAM systems; IntelligenceBank experience is a plus
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills (30% of role)
  • Empathy for non-technical users and a service-oriented mindset

Logistics:

  • Location: Downtown Chicago
  • Hours: 40 hours per week
  • Structure: Onsite 2 days/week, remote 3 days/week (schedule is flexible)
  • Duration: Long-term contract, no set end date
  • Interview: Two rounds of video interviews (hiring manager and team leads)
  • Portfolio: No portfolio required
  • Work Authorization: Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship. No C2C.
  • Benefits: Health, Vision, Dental, 401(k) after 60 days of employment
  • Pay Rate: $55-60 per hour - W2 Only

The specific compensation for this position will be determined by several factors, including the scope, complexity, and location of the role, as well as the market cost of labor; the candidate's skills, education, training, credentials, and experience; and other employment conditions.
