We're hiring a DigitalArt Director for a 6 month contract role with one of our media-related clients in NYC
This is a hybrid role 4 days per week M-T and Fridays are remote.
As the Digital Art Director, you'll work at the intersection of design, strategy, and storytelling. You'll collaborate with various connected teams to produce high-impact digital creative for web, email, apps, and paid media

Pay: $46 - $50/hr, paid weekly, benefits eligible
Digital Art Director Qualifications:
- 6+ years of design experience in marketing, advertising, or eCommerce, with a focus on performance-based creative.
- A portfolio showcasing a diverse range of visually engaging, consumer-facing digital work.
- Expertise in core design principles including typography, color theory, UX/UI, and accessibility.
- Excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and a collaborative mindset.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Sketch, After Effects; familiarity with motion graphics, HTML, and social media design.
Digital Art Director Responsibilities:
- Concept and design digital assets including graphics, videos, and animations for a variety of platforms: web, email, app, and paid media.
- Ensure all creative aligns with brand guidelines and vision across multiple brand portfolios.
- Use strategic thinking and design expertise to create visuals that drive business growth.
- Partner with Creative Directors and Project Managers to iterate and optimize creative based on performance insights and data.
- Organize and manage a library of digital assets while staying up to date with trends and best practices in digital design.
