Responsibilities:
Keysight is looking for an experienced Digital Application/Solution Engineer that will work closely with Keysight's Field Sales team and customers to understand measurement challenges, propose solutions using Keysight hardware, software, and demonstrate Keysight's ability to help customers be successful. Additionally, this position provides opportunities to present technical seminars, demonstrations, etc. that convey the Application/Solution Engineer's application expertise along with insights from Keysight products. Being persuasive to create customer preference for Keysight products as well as developing strong customer relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction are key aspects to this position. This person can be located within the New York City to Washington, DC corridor.
DescriptionDelivers technical expertise for solution implementation to customer based on Keysight products and services. Is focused during various phases of the sales process including customer requirements analysis, feature-by-feature demonstrations, benchmarks, competitive positioning, and implementation/execution, generally allocated by project and engineering services. Understands customers problems, recommends solutions to meet their needs, and ensures customer satisfaction. Is responsible for demos and for enhancing customers experience and satisfaction. Acts as the customer voice to influence future product design that meets customer needs. Integrates Keysight products and services (at the system/solutions level) into customers environment. Prepares detailed product specifications for the development and implementation of customer products, applications and/or solutions. Ensures the product functions per specifications. Also ensures our system solution platform is functioning properly at the customer site. May be product or technology focused. May deliver customer training classes and consulting related to our application, as well as assist in pre-sales, as part of their tasks.

NYC Pay Range: MIN $168,010.00 - MAX $225,340.00
