About the RoleWe are seeking a detail-oriented and highly skilled Digital Advertising Specialist who excels in both backend fulfillment and client-facing interactions. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in building and optimizing digital ad campaigns on platforms like Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads, while also focusing on proactive communication and relationship-building with clients. You'll play a key role in not only managing campaigns but also working directly with clients to understand their goals and ensure that campaigns deliver measurable results. Your expertise will shape the client experience, drive business growth, and directly impact campaign success.
Responsibilities- Design, launch, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across platforms like Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads.
- Build and nurture strong client relationships through regular communication, consultation, and performance reviews to ensure their goals are being met.
- Work closely with clients to understand their business objectives and translate them into effective advertising strategies.
- Create and test engaging ad copy, audience targeting, and creative assets (photo/video editing) that align with client needs and maximize ROI.
- Provide clients with education on campaign strategies, key performance indicators (KPIs), analytics, and reporting insights to keep them informed and confident in their campaigns.
- Manage campaign budgets, bids, and schedules to achieve client KPIs while maintaining transparency and regular updates with clients.
- Stay updated on platform changes, industry trends, and new features to ensure campaigns are utilizing the latest strategies and tools.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to campaign performance, providing clients with timely solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to create visually compelling ad creatives, tailored to client needs.
- Develop detailed reports and performance summaries for client meetings, ensuring clear communication and actionable insights.
Qualifications- 2+ years of hands-on experience in building and optimizing Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads campaigns.
- Current Meta and Google certifications are required.
- Proven track record of managing client relationships, with strong customer service and communication skills.
- Proficiency in creative tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva) and writing ad copy that resonates with client objectives.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret campaign data, providing clients with insights and recommendations.
- Experience with tools such as HubSpot, Zapier, Looker Studio, and CRM automation platforms.
- Proficiency in Google Analytics, Ads Manager, and Excel/Google Sheets.
- Knowledge of software integration and other marketing tools is a plus.
- Self-motivated with excellent organizational skills, capable of managing multiple client campaigns at once.
