Job Description New Graduates Welcome! Join the CentraCare team as a Clinical Dietitian at the Weight Management Willmar Skylark Clinic. The Clinical Dietitian interacts as a member of the patient focused care team and uses the patient care process (assess, plan, implement, and evaluate for individual patients) in determining nutrition interventions for patients across the continuum of care. This role will have direct interaction with patients in Weight Management, Eating Disorders, and/or Pediatric Weight Management. Schedule:
  • Full Time | 80 hours per 2-week pay period.
  • Days 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday-Friday.
  • Patient care hours onsite, however, there may be flexibility in working limited specific hours from home to complete documentation.
  • No weekends or holidays!
Pay and Benefits:
  • $5,000 Relocation Assistance!
  • Pay range $28.34 to $42.50 per hour depending on years of related experience.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in nutrition/Dietetics/Nutrition Science required if eligibility for the dietitian registration exam is established prior to 1/1/24 or
  • Master's degree in nutrition/Dietetics/Nutrition Science required if eligibility for the dietitian registration exam is established after 1/1/24
  • Registered Dietitian (registered by the Commission on Dietetic Registration)
  • Licensed Dietitian or Licensed Nutritionist in the state of Minnesota required within thirty days of hire.
  • Successful completion of medical staff office credentialing must be completed prior to working without a preceptor.
  • Successful completion of third-party payor credentialing must be completed prior to billing for services.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) Current American Heart Association (AHA) BLS Healthcare Provider card required per established policy.
  • Demonstrated competence in teaching, orientation, leadership and communication.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • 2 years Minimum of successful clinical experience in specialty area.
  • Weight management/bariatric surgery experience.
Relocation assistance requirements: Must accept a position that offers benefits and may not have worked for CentraCare in the last 9 months. Must currently reside more than 50 miles and relocate to within 30 miles of your primary work location within 120 days of start date.
