What You Bring to the Table (Pun Intended) Education & Credentials: Bachelor's degree in Food & Nutrition or Dietetics (because knowing how to pronounce anthocyanins is important). Completion of an accredited dietetic internship, master's program, or equivalent. Registered Dietitian (or eligible-must register within a year). Oregon Dietitian License (or willingness to get one). A valid driver's license (yes, food knowledge + driving skills = a winning combo). Oregon Food Handler, Food Manager Certification, or ServSafe within 30 days. Membership in the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics? Bonus points! Certifications That Make You a Nutritional Ninja Certified Diabetic Educator Certified Oncology Nutrition Specialist Certified Nutrition Support Specialist Experience: 3+ years of clinical or community nutrition experience (because we need someone who knows their macros and micros).
