Location: Gassville, Arkansas Shift: 7:30 a.m. 6:30 p.m., MondayFriday
- Occasional Saturdays
- About 50 hours/week
- Time and a half after 40 hours

???? What Youll Be Doing
Youll keep our fleet of garbage trucks running strong by:
- Handling repairs, inspections, and safety checks
- Diagnosing and fixing electrical, hydraulic, brake, suspension, and air systems
- Using vehicle computer systems to troubleshoot and adjust engine controls
- Reviewing and completing driver inspection reports
- Logging work in fleet maintenance software
- Test-driving trucks after service
- Pitching in with teammates and keeping the shop clean
- Interacting professionally with drivers
- Taking on other duties as assigned
What You Bring
- 2+ years of diesel or heavy truck maintenance experience
- Proficiency with diagnostic tools and repair techniques
- Basic tool set (we help with a monthly allowance)
- Hydraulic experience is a plus
