Diesel Mechanic - Shoreline Express : Job Details

Shoreline Transportation is excited to announce an opening for a Diesel Mechanic position. We are looking for a dedicated and skilled individual to join our team. If you have a passion for diesel engine repair and want to work in a dynamic environment, this opportunity is for you!

Work Schedule:

• 8-hour shifts
• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed

Key Skills & Qualifications:

• 1 year of diesel engine repair experience (preferred)
• 3-5 years of overall mechanical experience (preferred)
• Possess basic mechanic tools
• Prior knowledge of the Logistics/Transportation Industry
• Experience with brakes and AC systems
• Knowledge of DOT inspections
• Experience assisting with road calls and breakdowns
• Proficient in computer programs, including Microsoft Office, Excel, and Outlook
• Experience with maintenance software is a plus
• Knowledge of Qualcomm systems is a plus
• ASE Automotive Excellence certification is a plus
• Class A CDL is a plus
