Diamond Inventory Manager - Princess Bride Diamonds : Job Details

At Princess Bride Diamonds, we're looking for a meticulous Inventory Manager to oversee our loose diamond inventory—natural and lab-grown. This is a key role supporting our sales and production teams by maintaining accuracy, order, and security in our diamond systems.

Diamond Intake & Organization – Receive, sort, and log all incoming diamonds with accurate specs and certifications. Digital Inventory Management – Maintain a clean and accurate inventory database, including pricing and availability. Audits & Reconciliations – Conduct regular counts and investigate discrepancies. Vendor Coordination – Track memos, returns, and communication with diamond suppliers. Support Sales & Production – Ensure diamonds are pulled and logged for custom orders or in-store requests. Workspace Maintenance – Keep the inventory station clean, secure, and organized.

Extreme attention to detail and organizational skills Trustworthy, focused, and able to work independently Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

Experience with diamond or jewelry inventory systems is a big plus Basic knowledge of diamonds (4Cs, certifications, etc.) preferred
