Dialysis Nurse Manager - Brooklyn, NY A reputable healthcare facility in Brooklyn is seeking an experienced Dialysis Nurse Manager to lead their dialysis unit. This full-time leadership role offers excellent opportunities for growth, specialization, and schedule flexibility. Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of a 10-station dialysis unit
• Supervise and support clinical staff to ensure high standards of patient care
• Maintain compliance with dialysis treatment guidelines and documentation requirements
• Drive quality assurance and audit processes
• Implement and oversee staff development and training programs
• Collaborate with physicians and recommend appropriate follow-up care for patients
• Ensure a patient-first approach and outstanding service delivery

Qualifications:

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing
• Current NYS Registered Nurse (RN) license
• 1-2+ years of leadership experience in dialysis, nephrology, or critical care
• Strong clinical judgment and team management skills
