As a Dialysis Clinic Operations Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting a dedicated team that focuses on delivering outstanding care for patients living with kidney disease.

What you will be doing

Customer Care. You will contribute to a compassionate and professional environment by warmly welcoming patients and visitors, handling phone inquiries, addressing patient questions, and assisting with transportation arrangements as needed.

Operational Support. Ensure smooth clinic operations by keeping medical records updated, preparing patient documentation for treatments, and aiding in compliance audits. You will also assist with financial duties such as entering charges and maintaining billing and attendance records. Completing necessary forms for governmental agencies and ensuring that adequate supplies and inventory are maintained will be key parts of your role. Additionally, you will manage lab work processes by preparing lab slips and coordinating with labs efficiently.

What we're looking for

• Preferred six months of relevant experience in a clinical or healthcare setting.
• Preferred minimum of one year of experience in an administrative role.
• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word and Excel.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage time and tasks effectively.
• Proficiency in all necessary applications required within 90 days of hire.
