Graduate of an ARRT approved school of Radiologic Technology or verification from ARRT approved school of completion of program and scheduled graduation date.
\nTechnologists hired before graduation will have indirect supervision by an ARRT certified diagnostic technologist until the degree is verified.
\nTechnologist cannot work in an outpatient setting until ARRT has been obtained.Licensure, Certifications, and Clearances:ARRT Registry eligible as a Radiologic Technologist.
\nMust obtain radiography registry within 6 months of hire date as of January 1, 2025.
\nDiagnostic Technologists hired prior to January 1, 2025, will need to obtain their registry within 12 months of hire/transfer date.
\nCPR or BLS Required. CPR required based on AHA standards that include both a didactic and skills demonstration component within 30 days of hire.
\nTechnologist cannot work in an outpatient setting until ARRT has been obtained.
\nIf working in a NY facility, you must have received certification from the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) or Nuclear Medicine Technology Certification Board (NMTCB) and be Licensed through the New York State Department of Health.
