Diagnostic Tech Specialist - University of Pittsburgh Medical Center : Job Details

Include: Take the lead in quality assurance and protocol development in collaboration with lead technologists. Provide technical mentorship and serve as a go-to resource for technologists on day-to-day operations. Lead training initiatives for new equipment, techniques, and protocols especially for research studies and new imaging locations. Actively participate in the orientation and development of new team members and support continuing education efforts. Assist with accreditation efforts and help ensure compliance with evolving industry standards. Attend advanced training and seminars to remain current with imaging innovations and share knowledge with the team. Graduate of an ARRT approved school of Radiologic Technology. 3 years Diagnostic experience required. Must have obtained a performance review rating of strong/solid/good on most recent performance review to be eligible for promotion.
