DevOps Engineer - Software Guidance and Assistance : Job Details

Software Guidance & Assistance, Inc., (SGA), is searching for a DevOps Engineer for a CONTRACT assignment with one of our premier Financial Services clients in New York, NY. Remote working EST hours Responsibilities :

• Lead/support migration from Bamboo to Bitbucket Pipelines. Update/optimize CI/CD workflows.
• Design/implement change management templates in GitHub Actions
• Provide hands-on support and coaching during transition.
• Troubleshoot pipeline issues across squads.
• Guide teams in using GitHub Copilot for automation, code quality, and productivity.

Required Skills :

• Strong experience with Bamboo, Bitbucket Pipelines, GitHub Actions, GitHub Copilot.
• Proven CI/CD pipeline migration and automation skills.
• Solid change management understanding.
• Expertise creating workflow templates in GitHub Actions
• Excellent communication and collaboration; adaptable across teams
