We're currently partnering with a top Fintech Firm looking for DevOps Engineers. In this role, you will be instrumental in driving the automation, security, and scalability of our cloud infrastructure and deployment pipelines.

What You'll Do

• Lead the design and operation of robust CI/CD workflows to support both application and machine learning model deployments
• Build and maintain a secure, scalable AWS environment using best-in-class automation tools
• Manage cloud-native services including Kubernetes clusters, API gateways, and distributed edge computing resources
• Continuously monitor and fine-tune production systems to ensure optimal performance and availability
• Utilize Site Reliability Engineering methodologies to diagnose and resolve issues quickly, while enhancing monitoring and alerting frameworks
• Create and maintain developer-focused tooling to streamline internal workflows and boost productivity
• Implement and uphold strict security policies aligned with AWS standards
• Stay ahead of industry advancements to foster innovation and continuous improvement within the DevOps team

What We're Looking For

• At least 6 years of experience in DevOps or Site Reliability Engineering roles, with 4+ years specifically in AWS environments
• Expertise with modern CI/CD platforms such as GitLab, ArgoCD, and Artifactory
• Strong background in Linux system administration, scripting, and infrastructure automation
• Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform, alongside programming skills in Python or Ruby
• Deep understanding of cloud architecture principles and networking concepts
• Proven ability to solve complex technical problems with precision and efficiency
• Excellent communication skills, comfortable working across teams and mentoring colleagues
• A collaborative, growth-oriented mindset with enthusiasm for knowledge sharing and continuous learning
