Development Senior Director - Mayo Clinic : Job Details

This position will develop and implement fund-raising strategies and activities for institutional prospects at the highest levels to carry forward the mission and vision of Mayo Clinic. The Development Senior Director will represent Mayo in the global market place to qualify, cultivate, solicit and steward principal gifts prospects and align benefactor interests with the strategic objectives of the institution. The Development Senior Director will manage a portfolio of approximately 125 prospective principal benefactors and will partner with the Chair-Development, Department Chair and institutional leaders to develop and implement strategies for gifts of $5,000,000 and above. Development professionals at Mayo Clinic are required to adhere to the Donor Bill of Rights and ethical standards set forth for the department and the institution.
