Job Title: Development Scientist

The Development Scientist will support microbiological lab activities related to antimicrobial susceptibility testing (AST). The incumbent will perform experiments as defined and planned by the supervisor, review test results for experimental error, and determine if repeats are necessary. The role requires updating project leads with data and any issues, and the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.

Position Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in a Life Science or related field
• 1+ years of laboratory experience
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a multidisciplinary team environment
• Problem-solving skills are essential
• Knowledge of aseptic lab techniques, pipetting, good laboratory practices (GLP), good documentation practices (GDP), and wet bench experience
• Flexibility to work in a rapidly changing environment with various tasks
• Familiarity with Excel and data analysis is preferred
