ResponsibilitiesGeneral Purpose: This role provides comprehensive administrative support to the Reunion Major Gift Officers and 46 Gift Officers within the Regional Advancement. Responsibilities include managing calendars, preparing reports and documents, and assisting gift officers with bi-weekly meetings, donor visit preparations, and proposal creation. The position also involves processing expense reports, invoices, and updating OASIS, Workday, and other systems to ensure accurate and timely financial management and data updates. Strong organizational skills and effective communication with donors, colleagues, and internal stakeholders are essential to ensuring seamless operations and support for fundraising initiatives.
