Job Summary:

Our client is seeking a Development Engineer to join their team! This position is located in San Francisco, California.

Duties:

  • Participates in functional process discussions at levels 3–4, contributing expertise and insights
  • Understands the immediate upstream and downstream impacts of functional decisions on systems and processes
  • Meets sprint commitments and contributes to team velocity and delivery goals
  • Applies broad experience and deep understanding of area of specialization to solve complex issues creatively and effectively
  • Uses professional concepts and aligns work with overall company objectives to drive impactful results
  • Demonstrates strong analytical skills, evaluating data and situations with a comprehensive approach to decision-making
  • Exercises sound judgment in selecting methods, techniques, and evaluation criteria to achieve optimal outcomes
  • Works on complex, high-impact projects where success requires evaluating multiple variables and stakeholders

Desired Skills/Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
  • 3+ years of experience in engineering operations, technology adoption, or systems implementation
  • Engineering background with hands-on experience implementing enterprise systems and solutions
  • Experience implementing identity and access management solutions, preferably with Okta and System for Cross-domain Identity Management
  • Strong understanding of core technologies and platforms relevant to your primary functional area
  • Proven ability to quickly learn and apply new technologies, tools, or methodologies
  • Demonstrated success in delivering features or solutions of medium to high complexity within a technical or engineering function
  • Well-versed in Agile methodology and has completed ADM training
  • Maintains at least one relevant and up-to-date technology certification

The approximate pay range for this position is between $38.00 and $55.00. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to background, knowledge, skills, and location. We comply with local wage minimums.
