SUMMARY The Outreach and Communications Coordinator plays a key role in advancing the mission and visibility of the organization through strategic communication, community outreach, and stakeholder engagement. This position supports the development and execution of campaigns that inform, inspire, and connect with key audiences, both internally and externally. RESPONSIBILITIES Design and manage collaterals for Foundation initiatives, including Camellia Ball, Kids Classic, employee giving campaigns, major gift proposals, Ambassador program and donor communications. Oversee and schedule engaging content across social media platforms to expand reach and foster donor engagement. Coordinate email marketing, newsletters, donor impact stories and text campaigns. Support the development and distribution of brochures, signage, videos, and branded merchandise. Maintain brand consistency across all digital, print, and in-person touchpoints. Collaborate with the development team to align messaging with philanthropic priorities. Monitor and report on marketing performance metrics to assess campaign effectiveness and identify areas for improvement. Support sponsorship acquisition and renewals; ensure sponsor benefits are fulfilled and acknowledged. Collaborate with internal and external partners to develop outreach plans for special events, campaigns, and community initiatives. Coordinate logistics for stewardship events for donor cultivation gatherings. Develop event communications, including invitations, programs, and post-event follow-ups. Provide regular updates to staff, volunteers, and committees regarding event progress and details. Partner with facility teams and event stakeholders to manage agendas, scripts, and speaking materials. QUALIFICATIONS Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, public relations, or related field required Experience in fundraising, event management, sales, or customer service/hospitality experience preferred Strong written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency with digital tools such as Canva, Constant Contact, and social media management platforms. Excellent organizational and project management skills. Effective written and verbal communication skills Solid organizational skills, including attention to detail and multitasking Advanced skills in MS Office programs. Strong interpersonal skills with experience serving as a representative of an organization, with a natural ability to build rapport and credibility with program officers and individual and corporate donors.
