Purpose of Position Handles a variety of tasks related to managing relationships with current and prospective donors. Provides administrative, project, and event planning support for the Foundation staff.
Description Assists with the preparation, coordination and implementation of Foundation events Provides general administrative and project support Assists with the preparation and coordination of solicitations, mailings and other Foundation activities as assigned Maintains confidential information and exercise good judgment while interacting with various audiences and constituent records Assists with donor records handling and gift processing Assists with the maintenance and content of the Foundation's website and social media Assists with the preparation, editing and proofing of donor correspondence, including acknowledgement letters, gift agreements, proposals, informational materials and impact reports Assists with the tracking of proposals to help ensure the accuracy of Moves Management reports Performs support functions for other office activities as needed. Transcribes information for donor interactions into Raiser's Edge database. Cultivates effective relationships through donor outreach Other duties as assigned Qualifications - Associate's degree or equivalent
- Minimum two years of experience with Raiser's Edge
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities to meet challenging and changing deadlines
- Excellent interpersonal skills with sensitivity to donor confidentiality
- Ability to present information concisely and effectively, both verbally and in writing
- Advanced computer skills, including Microsoft Office suite of products
- Ability to organize, prioritize, and work independently with little supervision
