Akkodis is seeking a Developer for a Contract job with a client in Columbus, OH . The ideal candidate must demonstrate expert-level proficiency in Java Groovy and PL/SQL to be considered for this role. Rate Range: $49/hour to 64/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors. Developer job responsibilities include:
- Design and develop advanced SAP Callidus workflows to support complex business processes and ensure seamless integration with enterprise systems.
- Write and maintain robust Groovy scripts and Java code, leveraging PL/SQL for backend data operations and logic implementation.
- Develop and optimize responsive web applications, ensuring high performance and user-friendly interfaces.
- Build and consume web services (SOAP and REST), ensuring secure and scalable service-oriented architecture.
- Apply design patterns and OOP principles to create maintainable, modular, and reusable code structures.
- Ensure clear dependency management across application logic and file systems to support scalable and maintainable development.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 8-10 years of overall experience in software development with a strong focus on SAP and Groovy scripting.
- Proven expertise in SAP Callidus Advanced Workflow and Groovy scripting with PL/SQL.
- Strong hands-on experience in developing and integrating web services (SOAP/REST) and applying design patterns in enterprise applications.
