Destop support engineer - Eteam : Job Details

Location: Danville, VA Onsite Duration: 6 Months

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience as deskside support specialist (hardware configuration & support)
• Proficient in troubleshooting experience with Windows OS, Active Directory, O365 Suite of Applications
• Prior experience troubleshooting utilizing remote support tools
• Prior servicenow ticketing system experience
