• Provide daily support for PC hardware and software, including Windows 10, Office 365, and other enterprise applications
• Install, configure, and maintain computer operating systems and images
• Install and troubleshoot peripherals for users
• Assist with troubleshooting smartphones and other mobile devices
• Ask clear, relevant questions to diagnose and resolve issues
• Document, track, and monitor incidents and requests in the ticketing system to ensure timely resolution
• Set realistic expectations when opening and assigning tickets; ensure requests are completed in line with service-level agreements
• Prioritize and escalate incidents and requests based on business impact and established guidelines
• Recommend improvements to enhance user support and operational efficiency
• Stay current on hardware standards, core applications, and new technologies
• Assist in special projects as needed
• Participate in on-call rotation

• Desktop support
• Device troubleshooting and repairs
• Workstation, printer, and peripheral maintenance and support
• General understanding of client/server environments
• Experience with Microsoft Active Directory and Azure Active Directory
• Strong understanding of Microsoft products, including Windows operating systems and the Office suite of applications

• This is a 100% onsite position in Madison, WI

Codeworks, LLC discloses that the anticipated hourly pay range for this position is between $12.50 and $15.00. This range is subject to change based on job-related factors, including client requirements where applicable.
