Desktop Support Technician - Wood Patel & Associates : Job Details

Provide daily desktop user support, including installation and upgrades for Autodesk AutoCAD, Civil 3 D, and Bentley Micro. Station. Deliver remote support for branch offices as needed. Perform hands-on installation, troubleshooting, and help desk support. Support light Active Directory and Exchange tasks. Maintain a strong customer service approach with timely and effective solutions. Travel within Arizona as needed. Perform other duties as assigned. Requirements Associate degree and/or relevant industry certifications (A , MCSE, CCNA) preferred. Minimum 2-4 years of related experience required.
