Education & Experience:

  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in desktop or IT support roles.

Technical Skills:

Strong knowledge of Windows and macOS operating systems.

Familiarity with Active Directory, Office 365, remote desktop tools, and ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira).

Basic understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).

Hands-on experience with desktop hardware, printers, mobile devices, and other peripherals.
