The ideal candidate will provide technical support and ensure seamless IT operations. Key Responsibilities:

• Support Windows 11 migration and software installations.
• Troubleshoot network and IP phone issues.
• Handle hardware break-fix and system maintenance.
• Provide end-user support and document resolutions.

• Experience in desktop support/helpdesk roles.
• Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11, networking, and VoIP troubleshooting.
• Hands-on experience with hardware repair.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
