Job Summary Our client is seeking a Desktop Support Engineer to join their team! This position is located in New York, Pennsylvania.

Job Summary Our client is seeking a Desktop Support Engineer to join their team! This position is located in New York, Pennsylvania. Duties

• Handle between 4 to 15 tickets per day
• Assist C-level executives in meetings, conference rooms, audio/visual, etc.
• Support both Mac and Windows users

Desired Skills/Experience:

• Associates degree required
• 2+ years of experience in the retail industry
• Solid understanding of IT fundamentals
• Independently set up new machines, troubleshoot user issues
• Experience supporting both Mac and PC environments
• Basic knowledge of design apps like Adobe- being able to troubleshoot, not just a user

The approximate pay range for this position is between $30.00 and $44.00. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to background, knowledge, skills, and location. We comply with local wage minimums. Seniority level
