Job Description :

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Desktop Support Engineer to join our team in Pleasanton, CA. This role offers an exciting opportunity to provide technical support and ensure client satisfaction in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities
  • Respond promptly to customer support tickets and resolve technical issues efficiently.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot problems related to RFID technology and associated hardware.
  • Collaborate with senior engineers to escalate and address complex technical challenges.
  • Document support tickets and maintain accurate records of resolutions.
  • Assist in creating and updating support documentation and knowledge base articles.
    • Skills
  • Strong understanding of basic networking concepts.
  • Familiarity with RFID hardware and peripherals.
  • Experience with mobile device support, particularly Android.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
    • Preferred Skills
  • Previous experience in a customer support or help desk role.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
